Management
Don Hunter, President and CEO
The concepts for these Internet identity-based technologies are the vision of Mr. Don Hunter, a pioneer in the telecommunication networks.
Mr. Hunter received the first approvals from the CRTC in Canada for the
licensing of multi-hop telephone services, which has in turn led to the low-cost, flat rate regional
long distance services in use today. The Government of Canada ruled in favour of his arguments to
permit such services, despite rejecting similar applications from countless other corporations and
individuals. Mr. Hunter designed and wrote all proprietary software required for the operation of
this multi-hop telecommunications service.
Mr. Hunter has been involved with Internet based projects since 1992 and was a founder of what was
probably the premier Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Canada - based on the value added features
contained in his Internet Service.
Along with the management of his ISP business, Mr. Hunter functioned as the Senior Network Engineer
and Administrator for TELink Inc. His responsibilities included the preliminary deployment and
implementation of TELink's Voice-E-Mail services network.
Mark DaSilva, Vice President and COO
Assisting in the development and implementation of these technologies is Mr. Mark DaSilva.
An IT consultant
by trade Mr. DaSilva has been involved with the IT industry for nearly a decade. Past projects have
included the development of one of the first expert based software systems for the health and fitness
industry.
